Rebecca Stokes
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist
Journalist and Writer
I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist who specializes in relationships, trauma, PTSD, addictions and related issues. I help people work through childhood trauma and adult trauma to create positive change. I use evidence-based and effective therapy modalities like EMDR therapy, Somatic Experiencing therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, family systems and attachment therapy, PTSD treatment and self-esteem improvement.
My graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Therapy is from Northern Arizona University. Before Graduate school I was an editor at Climbing magazine and Powder magazine and wrote for numerous publications.

My goal is to reach people and convey the knowledge we have in the field of clinical psychology and mental health therapy.
I believe in living as true to yourself as possible. If we remove our trauma we become the purest essence of who we are. We can live with lightness, authenticity and the ability to work through anything.
